In guaranteeing that we will include your running picture in the poster, we recognize that there will be occasions when we are unable to photograph every runner on the course. Although we go to great lengths to capture these images, you might be buried in a pack of runners or not make it to the finish line (where we get most of our shots). If we do happen to miss you we will refund your purchase price in full (including shipping). If we miss you through our error, we’ll also send you a free poster.
In any event, your poster is unconditionally guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with it, simply return it in its mailing tube, and we will refund your full purchase price including shipping costs.
